The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) authorities have released the YEIDA Mix Land Use (MLU/2025-2026/10). To allow the citizens to purchase and invest in mixed land at various locations, the YEIDA authorities have launched the YEIDA Mix Land Use. These plots are designed to support integrated development, combining industrial, commercial, and institutional activities within a single parcel of land. All the plots available under the scheme are located in sectors 12, 24, and 35 near Yamuna Expressway. About YEIDA 

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is a government body that is responsible for building infrastructure and development. All the plots available under the scheme range from 5 acres to 50 acres. The YEIDA Mix Land Use plots are structured to accommodate a combination of industrial activities, commercial development, and institutional facilities. This integrated approach aims to foster a self-sustaining ecosystem, reducing the need for long commutes and promoting efficient land utilization.

  • Liquidity Certificate from any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank.

  • List of Current Directors & Shareholders – certified by C.A. with UDIN, including category (SC/ST/Physically Challenged/Women), if applicable.
  • Audited Financial Statements / Balance Sheets for the last 3 years:

Important Dates 

  • The citizens can start sending their applications for the YEIDA Mix Land Use scheme from 8th May 2025. 
  • The last date to fill out the application form for the YEIDA Mix Land Use scheme is 29th May 2025. 

Payment of Installment for Allotted Plots

  • The payment of 60% of the total premium amount of the plot shall be made in 4 years equal half-year installments along with interest at a rate of 10.5% per annum. 
  •  In case of default in payment as per the schedule, an additional penal interest at 30% compounded semiannually with applicable GST shall be payable along with 13.5% per annum on the defaulted amount for the defaulted period. 
  • It is the duty and responsibility of the allottee to deposit the due installment in due time. 

Application Processing Fee

  • 40% of the total premium amount of the plot after adjusting registration money within 60 days of issuance of the allotment letter without interest. 
  • INR 5000 + applicable GST for processing fees of mortgage permission.

Application Process

  • STEP 1: First, the citizens must pay ₹25,000 + GST as a non-refundable processing fee via the YEIDA portal or RTGS/NEFT using a challan from Nivesh Mitra.

  • STEP 2: The citizens must pay 10% of the total premium as a refundable registration fee via the same portal.
  • STEP 3: Now, the citizens must submit the application and documents online on the official website.
  • STEP 4: The authorities will scrutinize the applications, and incomplete or incorrect applications will be immediately rejected.
  • STEP 5: Complete applications are evaluated; those scoring 65 %+ are called for interview and project presentation.
  • STEP 6: If selected, deposit 40% of the total plot premium (after adjusting registration money) within 60 days of the allotment letter.
  • STEP 7: Optionally, pay the full amount early. Failure to pay on time leads to cancellation and forfeiture of registration money.
