About Mhada Konkan
The Mhada Konkan is an initiative by the Mhada authority to provide residential plots and flats to citizens interested in purchasing. All the flats available under the scheme are located at premium locations across Mumbai, including Thane, Palghar, Sindhudurg, and Badlapur. Plots are available in the Sindhudurg district of the Konkan region. The citizens of Mumbai city can start sending their applications for the scheme from 14th July 2025. According to the information, the authorities will conduct a computerised lottery on 3rd September 2025. The flats are divided into 5 components to enable the citizens who belong to the EWS category to purchase.

Objective of Mhada Konkan Lottery
The main objective of launching the scheme is to allow the citizens of Mumbai city to purchase flats and plots at various locations. The scheme has reserved a total of 51 flat for the citizens to belong to the financially unstable household and want to purchase affordable presidential flats. The scheme will help the housing crisis that is going on in Mumbai city and allow the citizens to purchase their permanent home without any difficulty. The last date to submit the application under the scheme is 13th August 2025. The list of eligible citizens will be released by the authorities on 21st August 2025.

MHADA Konkan Lottery Apply Online
Step 1: You must first click on the provided link to access the scheme’s official Mhada website.
Step 2: Your screen will open to the home page. You must select the “Apply Online” option.
Step 3: You will need to fill out the application form that opens on your screen with personal information.
Step 4: After uploading each document, you must input the data about your monthly income.
Step 5: You must input the data associated with your PAN card, the business specs, and your contact details.
Step 6: Input the last details to confirm and send in the application. Thoroughly read the terms and conditions, make sure check the box indicating your consent, and then add your location.
Step 7: If everything checks out, submit your online application by clicking the Submit button. If not, click the Reset button to make any necessary adjustments.
Step 8: Before submitting your application by clicking the Confirm button, double-check that the information you provided is correct.
Step 9: The application form is available for download in both English and Marathi, if the applicant chooses to print it. Clicking the “Pay” button will allow the application to proceed after paying the EMD Amount.
Step 10: This will provide the details of the online payment, such as the payment method, applicant data, and certain important notes. Once you have carefully read and agreed to the terms and conditions, click the “Proceed” button.
Step 11: “Continue with Payment” button.
Step 12: After clicking the “Proceed to Payment” button to complete the EMD payment, you will be redirected to the payment gateway for the applicable Bank.
Step 13: Look over the details there and select your preferred method of payment. Clicking “Make Payment” will finish the payment process.
How to Do MHADA Konkan Lottery Payment
- After submitting your application, you can make the MHADA Konkan Lottery Payment easily.
- The Mhada lottery 2024 EMD payment can be made online using a debit card, credit card, or NEFT/RTGS, or by demand draft.
- Print the Mhada lottery 2024 application form and send it to the chosen bank with the demand draft (DD) if you are paying by that method.
