The Delhi Development Authority has launched the Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme 2025. Providing affordable flats to the citizens of Delhi and the Noida region in the Loknayakpuram region, the Delhi Development Authority has introduced the Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme. With the help of this initiative, the authorities will allow the citizens to purchase affordable flats available at premium locations. All the flats under the scheme will be given to the citizens on the basis of first-come, first-served. All the citizens who want to purchase a house under the Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme can start sending their application from 20th May 2025.
Objective of Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme
The main objective of launching the Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme is to allow the citizens to purchase affordable flats in a premium location. All the flats under this scheme are located at Loknayakpuram. According to the information, a total of 246 flats are available for the citizens to purchase under the scheme. To confirm their flats under the scheme, the purchasing party has to pay the fixed booking amount. All the citizens who belong to the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG groups are eligible to avail the benefits and apply for the Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme

Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be Indian citizens to apply.
- The citizens must have to be at least 18 years old on the last date of application and must be legally able to sign a contract.
- There is no restriction on owning land or built-up property in Delhi.
- The citizens applying under the EWS category must have a family income not more than ₹10 lakh per year. This applies to both the applicant and the co-applicant separately
- There is no income limit for other categories except EWS.
- Family income includes the income of the applicant and their spouse if married.
- The citizens must have a savings bank account in their own name and mention it in the application form.
- The citizens must have a PAN card issued under the Income Tax Act and mention it in the application form.
- In case of joint application under the disability category (Divyangjan), the main applicant must belong to that category.
- The joint applicant must be a family member such as a parent, blood relative, spouse, or dependent relative (including unmarried ones).

- STEP 1: All the citizens who want to avail the benefits of the Loknayakpuram DDA Flats Scheme can visit the “DDA website” and fill out the application form online.
- STEP 2: Once the applicant reaches the home page of the official website, the applicant must click on the option “apply here”.
- STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the applicant must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents on the application form.
