The Jaipur Development Authority has launched the JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme 2025. To allow the citizens of Jaipur city to purchase residential plots at various premium locations, the Jaipur Development Authority introduced the JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme 2025. Under this scheme, the Jaipur Development Authority is providing a total of 233 residential plots to the citizens of Jaipur city. All citizens to meet the eligibility criteria can visit the official website and fill out the application form online to purchase a residential plot under this scheme. The citizens can start sending their applications from 13th May 2025.
Objective of JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme
The main objective of introducing the JDA Ganga Vihar Residential Plot Scheme 2025 is to allow the citizens of Jaipur city to apply for affordable residential plots. All the citizens who will apply for this scheme will receive the residential plots on a lottery basis, making sure every citizen has a fair chance of purchasing the plot. The amount to purchase the plots under this scheme is fixed by the authorities at INR 14,000 per square metre. The residential plots under this scheme are located at 2.5 km from the Jaipur-Agra Highway, This locality also features proximity to Bassi Railway Station

Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state and living in Jaipur for at least 10 years.
- The annual income of the citizen family must not exceed-
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Annual income up to INR 3,00,000.
- LIG (Low-Income Group): Annual income between INR 3,00,001 to INR 6,00,000.
- MIG-B (Middle-Income Group-B): Annual income between INR 12,00,001 to INR 18,00,000.
- HIG (High-Income Group): Annual income between INR 18,00,001 to INR 20,00,000.
- The citizens must be above the age of 18 years.
- The selected citizens or their spouses must not own a residential plot or house in Jaipur city.
