All the citizens of Delhi and nearby regions who want to book flats under the DDA scheme can now visit the official website and complete their booking procedure. All the citizens who want to book flats under the scheme can start the booking procedure from 27th May 2025. The simple user interface of the official website will allow the citizens to instantly complete their booking procedure without going through any long or complicated procedures. The flats under the DDA scheme are located at various premium locations, including Loknayakpuram, Narela, and Siraspur.

What is DDA Flats
The Delhi Development Authority flats are specially designed housing units for the citizens who want to purchase affordable flats at various top locations. With the help of DDA flats, the authorities will allow the citizens to invest in real estate or purchase a permanent house. According to the information, there are a total of 7500 Flats available at various locations across Delhi and the Noida region. All the citizens who belong to the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG groups are eligible to apply. All the students who want to purchase a flat must fill out the booking form after 27th May 2025.

The main objective of launching the DDA flats is to allow citizens to purchase affordable housing units. Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be Indian citizens to apply.
- The citizens must have to be at least 18 years old on the last date of application and must be legally able to sign a contract.
- There is no restriction on owning land or built-up property in Delhi.
- The citizens applying under the EWS category must have a family income not more than ₹10 lakh per year. This applies to both the applicant and the co-applicant separately
- There is no income limit for other categories except EWS.
- Family income includes the income of the applicant and their spouse if married.
- The citizens must have a savings bank account in their own name and mention it in the application form.
- The citizens must have a PAN card issued under the Income Tax Act and mention it in the application form.
- In case of joint application under the disability category (Divyangjan), the main applicant must belong to that category.
- The joint applicant must be a family member such as a parent, blood relative, spouse, or dependent relative (including unmarried ones).

- STEP 1: All the citizens who want to do DDA Flat Booking Online 2025 can visit the “DDA website” and fill out the application form online.

- STEP 2: Once the applicant reaches the home page of the official website, the applicant must click on the option “apply here”.
