The Telangana state government has released the Indiramma 1st Installment 2025. Recently the Chief Minister of Telangana state Mr. Revanth Reddy announced the release of the first installment of the Indiramma scheme. During the announcement, the Chief Minister announced that the selected benefit beneficiaries would receive financial assistance of INR 1 lakh in the first installment. The announcement was made during a special event held in Telangana state consisting of various big names of the state including the Deputy Chief Minister, Revenue and Housing minister, various MLAs, and MLCs of Telangana state.
About Indiramma Indlu Housing Scheme
To provide permanent houses to all citizens of Telangana state who do not have a permanent or pakka house the Telangana state government launched the Indiramma Indlu Housing Scheme. Under this scheme, the Telangana state government will provide financial assistance of INR 5 lakh to the selected beneficiaries so that they can build their own house. According to the information the Telangana state government will build a total of 4.5 lakh houses under the first phase of the scheme. This scheme is a significant step of the Telangana state government towards reducing the problem of homelessness in the state.
Indiramma 1st Installment Released
During a special event on 15th April 2025, the Chief Minister along with other officials announced the launch of the Indiramma 1st Installment. During the announcement, the Telangana state government provided financial assistance of INR 1 lakh to all the selected citizens under the Indiramma scheme. According to the information, only citizens who have completed their house up to base level will receive the financial assistance under the 1st installment. After the first installment, the beneficiaries will receive a total of 4 more installments for the construction of their houses under this scheme. The total financial assistance of INR 5 lakh will be given to the selected citizens.

Rs 1 lakh Cheques Distributed
To provide financial assistance to the selected female citizens the Telangana state government distributed cheques of INR 1 lakh. Various beneficiaries were called on the stage and the cheques were handed over to them by the Chief Minister of Telangana state. The beneficiaries belong to various districts of Telangana state including Vikarabad, Khammam, Ranga Reddy, Suryapet, Mahabubnagar, and Siddipet. Beneficiaries from all these districts have received their cheque of INR 1 lakh from the Telangana state government for the construction of their houses.
Objective of Indiramma 1st Installment
The main objective of launching the Indiramma 1st Installment is to allow the financially unstable citizens of Telangana state to build their houses without any financial difficulties. Telangana state government has strategically divided the total financial assistance of INR 5 lakh to make sure the house under the scheme will be built efficiently. After the first installment, the second installment will be given to the citizens after the completion of the slab in their house. Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- The citizens must belong to the lower or middle-class category.

What is Indiramma 1st Installment Payment Release Date?
- The payment release date under the Indiramma 1st Installment is 16th April 2025. All the beneficiaries will start receiving their funds directly into their bank account starting from 17th April.

- The citizens who received housing assistance after 1995 from the government are ineligible to apply for the same.
- The citizens who have a pucca house of their own are not eligible to apply.
