Objective of Gujarat Karmayogi Swasthya Suraksha Yojana
The main objective of launching the Gujarat Karmayogi Swasthya Suraksha Yojana is to honor the government officials of Gujarat state and allow them to avail of free healthcare. Healthcare benefits of up to INR 10 lakh will be given to the families of government officials selected under the scheme. For government officers, employees, and pensioners, the definition of family will be as per the Gujarat State Service (Medical Treatment) rule, 2015. For AIS officers, the definition of family shall be as per the AIS Medical Attendance Rule 1954. The citizens must have a certificate showing that the family members must be provided with.
